The forever Elixir
The Amaro Life got started in the Summer of 2017 after I took the Academy of Fine Spirits and Service course at Southern Glazers Wine and Spirits of Nevada which is taught by Francesco Lafranconi.
The Amaro Week of the course intrigued my tastebuds and palate. I thought I knew my Amaro until then. We tried various categories of Amaro categories which blew my mind. Since the Summer of 2017, I have been working on ‘The Amaro Life.’
